History
Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 152A was created January 20, 2022, and contains approximately 546 acres of land within its boundaries. The District provides water, sanitary sewer, drainage, recreational, and road facilities, as well as solid waste collection and recycling services, for the residents of the District. The District operates pursuant to the provisions of Ch. 7932, Texas Special District Local Laws Code, and chapters 49 and 54 of the Texas Water Code.
